However, it's essential to note that certain types of events, such as birthdays and private parties, are not allowed in the common areas at Highside Market or in Daisy Park. At this time, we cannot accommodate these requests in our public areas or host private events at the space. However, if you would like to be added to the waitlist for when private event accommodations become available, we encourage you to contact us at info@highsidemarket.com or reach out to our property management group, Woodruff Brokerage Company. They will provide you with the necessary information regarding any specific requirements for your event. Please understand that our decision to limit certain types of events is intended to uphold the quality of experience for all visitors to Highside Market. The Highside Market development is located at the intersection of 2nd Avenue & 13th Street and 3rd Avenue & 13th Street. There are three buildings on the property located at 201 13th Street, 207 13th Street and 211 13th Street. Tenant addresses and suite numbers vary; please check the directory for specific addresses. The development is managed by Woodruff Brokerage Company and property manager can be reached at 706-323-6401.

Visitors may choose to park at available on-street parking (subject to city ordinance and hours). Visitors may also use any of the surface parking spots located within the development while patronizing one of the tenants at Highside Market. Visitors may also park in any of the off-site designated surface parking lots as shown in the graphic below. These lots are designated with orange/blue signage at the entrance of the lots. Additional parking lots are accessible from 3rd Avenue, 2nd Avenue and 1st Avenue. Car charging stations are also available within the development and are located on the surface lot. Charging fees may apply.

No commercial photography or videography is allowed at Highside Market without express written consent from our management team. Professional photographers, bloggers, and other commercial businesses should contact Brittany Perkins, Property Manager at 706-323-6401 or info@highsidemarket.com to request written consent. Cameras for personal use (i.e., digital, Polaroid, and DSLR) are permitted; however, they may not interfere with pedestrian or vehicular traffic, tenant business operations, or another patron’s experience. Multiple cameras, media equipment, and accessories (i.e., tripods, drones, Go-Pro, mics, backdrops, flashes, etc.) are not allowed at Highside Market without express written consent from management. Highside Market and management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the property that is not in compliance with these rules.

Highside Market is a dog-friendly property and there are several dog waste stations located onsite for visitor use. Owners are responsible for their pets and accept all liability for the actions of their animal. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and visitors are required to pick up after their pets. Please note that pets are only allowed in outdoor spaces.
