Ledger-Enquirer: This new vintage clothing store in Columbus fills the gap for vintage sellers and shoppers

Two business partners decided to bring the vintage clothing scene, which is popular in Atlanta, to Columbus with their new store Silver Hanger.

 

Owners Felix Rosario and Owen Cotthaus opened the vintage clothing store in a 445-square-foot space in Highside Market on 2nd Avenue on Oct. 6. The store offers vintage clothing, streetwear, accessories and select home goods.

Ledger-Enquirer: A former Georgia state legislator brings a new Ohio-based custard franchise to Columbus 

John Pezold is a Columbus native and former Georgia state legislature who has spent most of his career in the food industry owning and operating McDonald’s locations.

 

He was excited to share the creative flavors offered at Whit’s Custard after the shop opened in Highside Market last week.

Sude Dellinger, an Alabama native, has developed Dragonfly Toys & Gifts to offer something more than the Barbie dolls and race cars that can be found in most toy stores giving customers a different toy store experience.

Ledger-Enquirer: Here's the new youth clothing brand opening in Highside Market later this fall

The Auburn-based youth clothing brand Fox & Pheasant will open a location in the Columbus development Highside Market, which is preparing for its upcoming soft opening this fall.

 

Fox & Pheasant was founded by Kathy Crowley and currently sells products online through the brand’s Instagram channel. The 512-square-foot space in Highside Market will be the brand’s first storefront location.
