We're launching a curated, community-driven farmers market at Highside Market, and we’re inviting growers, bakers, and makers of all things delicious to apply. Our Sunday market series will bring together fresh food, local flavor, and good vibes—all in the heart of Columbus!

Vendor Criteria

You must grow or make the items you sell (no reselling allowed)
Products must be locally produced and consumable (fruits, vegetables, baked goods, preserves, dairy, meats, eggs, beverages, etc.)
Must provide your own setup tent/table/setup (white 10x10 tents preferred)

Every Sunday from September 7 - December 28, 2025

12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (or until sold out)

$50 vendor fee applied to the 2025 season once approved
$25 no show fee per occurrence (to ensure consistency and accountability)

Please list all products you plan to sell at the market (produce, baked goods, etc). All items must align with the guidelines outlined above. Products that do not meet these criteria may be subject to review and possible exclusion by Highside Market.

I have read and understand the guidelines for participating in the Highside Market Farmers Market.
I agree to sell only items that I have personally grown or made, and understand that reselling is strictly prohibited.
I understand that the market is limited to food-based products only, and that all items must be approved by market organizers.
I acknowledge that the 2025 season runs from September 7 to December 28, with markets held every Sunday from 12–4 PM.
I agree to pay the $50 non-refundable vendor fee upon acceptance and understand that a $25 no-show fee will be charged if I miss a scheduled market without prior notice.
I agree to represent my business in a safe, respectful, and community-minded manner at all times.
I understand that participation is subject to approval and that Highside Market reserves the right to limit or revoke vendor participation at its discretion.
